We start 2025 with a solo show by Jonas Desmed, a unique artist from our capital Brussels. His works is based on automatic drawing, a technique used by the Surrealists, as well as artists like Picasso, Miró or Ellsworth Kelly.
Jonas draws the same objects time and again, yet each artwork is different. His brute and naive style transforms objects that are overlooked in daily life into intriguing images that capture your imagination, however always without premeditation.
